These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dream Channel AR mobile application (the "App") provided by Dream Channel Pty Ltd ] ("Company"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not download or use the App.

1. License

a. Subject to these Terms, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

b. You may not sublicense, distribute, sell, or otherwise transfer the App or any part of it.

2. User Content

a. By using the App, you may submit content, such as text, images, or other materials ("User Content").

b. You retain ownership of any User Content you submit, but you grant Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license for content to be shared , commented on within the app by other users

3. Privacy

a. Company's Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. We do not collect or use any personally identifiable information from users of our App. We do not request or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal information.

4. Intellectual Property

a. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

a. You agree not to:

i. Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

ii. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any other systems or networks connected to the App.

iii. Modify, adapt, or hack the App.

iv. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

v. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or any servers or networks connected to the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

a. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

a. In no event shall Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

a. Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
